Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with love from our studio in the United States.
Standard Shipping
5–7 business days
Available on all orders. Free on orders over $75.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days
Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Overnight Shipping
1 business day
Available on select items. Order must be placed before 12pm EST.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
- Currently shipping within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, custom orders, and permanent jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@lowkeyjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
